Zombie mos def. Take away the femur bones and the skeleton is screwed!
Those skeletons are highly trained killing machines. Zombies are just wandering around looking for humanoid brains to munch on.

Skeletons are quick and nimble, while zombies are slow, but vicious.
However, one factor to consider is that a zombies' biggest motivation to be a killing machine is to score some flesh food, as Jesse so profoundly eluded to, and a skeleton has none to be scored.
Without that inspiration to fight, my bet rides on the agile skeleton!
