Though my Christmas was cheery and bright, there was a dark lull when I read that one of today's most innovative shows, Flight of the Conchords, had been canceled. The show will no doubt go down in history as a revolutionary series-akin to Arrested Development-that was taken away much, much too early.
HBO-you made a HUGE mistake.
HBO-you made a HUGE mistake.

*Note*I had said previously that FotC were canceled by HBO. I have recently found that I was not correct in saying so. The duo and creator were actually responsible for ending the series-or so it was reported. The fact remains though that it ended much too early. MUCH too early.

If I see them on the streets down here I will tell them what we think...
You could look at it this way: at least it didn't keep going and going long after it should have been over like The Office.
Really Jesse? You're done with The Office?
I just got season 5 for Christmas, and to my surprise, I actually think it's funny the second time around. But I know what you mean.
Though I LOVE FOTC, the first season was much better than the second and I think they were running out of material.
I would see them live again in a second. They were so good. I love Jemaine, Bret, Murray, Dave, Mel and Doug; they will be missed.
Bridgett-I was skeptical of the 2nd season because I hadn't heard too much about it that was good, but I got it and LOVED it-just as much, and more than the 1st in some instances!
