Tomorrow Hallie and I are off to Logan for the weekend...one last Logan trip before the baby comes. Even though we live in SLC, Logan and all of Cache Valley still feels like our home. I always loved living in Logan while attending USU, but never thought I'd miss it the way I do. There is something truly unique about the feeling of just plain being in Cache Valley, it's like nothing or nowhere else. Since we moved from Logan we're always coming up with ideas and plotting our path back to living in Logan once more. Someday...someday.

Amen Jeremy. We feel the same way.
We miss logan as well. We could all just start a big commune on the outskirts of town. We would live off the land, walk bearfoot through our vegetable garden, whittle on our front porches, and square dance in the barn. The men in overalls, the women in jeans with dresses over them. I think this is just a great idea.
... well it would be pretty rad if a bunch of us ended up back in Logan in a few years.
Jesse-I think agree full-heartedly with both of your comments. Really.
And Shelby, glad you feel the same way too. I think a lot of people feel this way and it shocks them when they realize it.
Jesse- Your plan sounds somwhat like an FLDS compound or something... so it slightly creeps me out!
we totally feel the same way. we would do anything to get back to logan. i can't think of a better place to raise kids. plus the food is awesome, there are neat old houses to restore, the list goes on and on. i have also always felt that logan is my home. my parents are building a house in smithfield soon so it will be home again one day. have fun!
Hallie sorry I missed your shower we had a very busy day. I hope all is going well with only a few weeks to go. I am so excited for you to be a mom you will be great.
I wish I felt the same way about Ogden where I grew up for the larger part of my life, however I think I would if the majority of people there were some what normal;)
If I can convince Brian to move back we'd be there! I love it and think I will always call it home no matter where I live. I still can't drive by the house I grew up in because I can't handle the reminder that it's not mine any more!
